       WHAT'S NEW?

Our Passion
As leaders in the world of Business Improvement, Six Sigma, and Lean Enterprise we pride ourselves on yielding substantial Return on Investment for our customers. Our people are passionate about applying their areas of expertise within your organization.

Our People
CS Internationals lineage goes back to the early stages of Six Sigma at Motorola when the problem-solving methodology was first conceptualized. Our involvement extended from there to delivering the first and highly publicized deployments at Allied Signal and General Electric. Today CSI has grown to an organization known for its ability to translate various improvement philosophies into highly effective programs and skill sets.

In order to ensure that we provide our Customers with the very best we utilize a blend of experienced consultants. All of our team members have proven their unique ability to facilitate high impact change and business excellence.

Our Business Model
CS International attributes much of our success to the high level of integrity within our management team and our employees. We deliver what we say we will deliver. Untraditional results which we achieve at a level beyond any other consulting firm world-wide. We design programs and initiatives in order for them to become self sustaining, not dependant on our continued presence. This may not be a traditional consulting approach but we firmly believe it is the right way to do business.

Our “Track Record”
CS International’s results speak for themselves. We invite you to visit our
CSI Success section to see for yourself. If you are still not convinced, ask our customers about us. We have a complete list of customers who will provide you with first-hand feedback.
