CS International’s award-winning training can be delivered to you. CS International’s training consists of both on-site sessions and eLearning. Our consultants come from a variety of backgrounds from chemistry to accounting, and speak a variety of languages from Hindi to Spanish. TPAR

Successful training can be defined as the comprehensive transfer of knowledge to participants. CS International uses a specific approach to classroom training based on proven adult learning models. Our program can be categorized into four stages:

Train:
Each phase of training begins with an instructor-led in-class session.

Plan:
The final day of each in-class session includes planning for the application of learned methodology to relevant projects in each individual candidate’s work environment. CS International’s “Planning for Action” modules are specifically designed to aid candidates as they integrate classroom content into their real-world project.

Apply:
Each in-class training session is followed by an application period, during which candidates receive on-site support from CS International Business Improvement Experts. Our Consultants assist as candidates apply the concepts and theory learned in class to actual business problems or projects.

Review:
The first day of each new training session is dedicated to project reviews and progress reports. Each candidate delivers a 10 minute presentation to the class, followed by a question and answer session that will include input and feedback from our Master Black Belts.
